Job Descriptions
The position involves the following responsibilities:

• Reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Providing assistance in drafting advice on a diverse range of legal
  

matters.

• Participating in the localization of new policy wordings.
• Collaborating with personnel from Business Units, Finance, Human
  

Resources, Operations, Claims, IT, and other departments.

• Managing deadlines effectively.
• Assisting in the interpretation of legal language.
• Ensuring the attainment of legal objectives and corporate policies.
• Conducting research on legal issues that impact the organization by
  

identifying relevant laws and regulations.

• Staying informed about legislative changes that might affect the
  

company and its affiliates.

• Supporting pre-litigation activities to mitigate risks and optimize legal
  

rights.

• Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance
  

with legal requirements.

• Developing solutions for intricate legal queries.
  

Job Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable law school.
• Professional background in a prominent or mid-sized law firm.
• Experience in handling transactions (M&A, Capital Market, etc.)
• Possession of a PERADI License.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills, diligent work ethic, adaptability, and a team
  

oriented approach.
