About Our Client
My client is a Local Property Company with multiple active commercial housing projects.
Job Description
Contract Management:- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company's interests.
Legal Compliance:- Stay informed about relevant property and real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure the company's activities and operations comply with all legal requirements.
Risk Management:- Identify and assess legal risks associated with property transactions and operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks and protect the company's interests.
Dispute Resolution:- Manage and resolve legal disputes, complaints including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
Due Diligence:- Conduct legal due diligence for property acquisitions and other business transactions.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on potential legal issues affecting the company's interests.
Policy Development:- Develop and implement company-wide legal policies and procedures.
- Educate and train employees on legal compliance and best practices.
Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and real estate development, to provide legal guidance and support.
