Bentuk pekerjaan- Create, review, and evaluate all contracts prior to any signing that makes sure the company's best interest is met and they are in line with the Corporate policies
- Support legal operations team to execute all related issues on the operational function of legal team.
- Plan, implement, and manage the internal control function in legal Team.
- Advise relevant stakeholders on various regulatory requirements related to general corporate and procurement business operation.
- Attend negotiation meeting with relevant external vendor.
- Liaise and coordinate with law firms and corporate secretaries (where necessary).
- Bachelor degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience as in-house lawyer in Tech / Multinational companies OR law firm lawyer
- PERADI License will be preferable
- Has the ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes.
- Has an excellent understanding of commercial businesses and their compliance.
- Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting, or project management.
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Adaptable and commercially minded team player with woo personality.
- Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
