Job descriptions:
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues.
- Review and provide legal advice to support proper business process.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and report findings or changes that may affect the company’s operation and compliance.
- Liaise with all business units on relevant regulators, including licensing, registrations, notifications, etc.
- Represent the company to attend court hearings with external lawyers.
- Perform administration of legal documents and contracts.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of working experience as Corporate Legal or related position.
-Min 1 year of experience in managerial level
- Solid knowledge of general business law issues
- Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters (retail it's a must), Project Finance, and Construction Agreements, contracts and authority compliances.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Can join immediately (notice period should be less than a month)
