Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (retail especially) is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Understanding in – out of stock and damage product management.
- Attention to detail, trustworthy with pleasant personality.
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
- Have good administrative skills.
- Able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility, prudence, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and ability to complete work independently.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring inbound logistic (receive item).
- Monitoring inventory Head Office & All Branches.
- Do stock opname at Head Office & Branches.
- Monitoring logistic documentation administration as SOP (Order fulfillment form, Order Request Form, Item Transfer, Transfer Note).
- Ensure that operations are carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner.
- Improve and monitor operations so that they run according to established processes and in accordance with applicable standards.
- Perform quality control processes and monitor the SLA of each Warehouse branch that is managed.
- Formulate the best way to improve performance and service to be better.
- Manage warehouse costs effectively plan inventory and monitor warehouse efficiency.
- Carry out analysis and improvement to improve services and make all processes more effective and efficient.
