Job Description
- Provide weekly and monthly report of progress sales program to Commercial Unit (CU) Leadership Team for supporting next business decision making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with marketing and Regional Sales Manager (RSM)'s in executing channel campaign strategy or sales program to channel distribution.
- Analyze the effectiveness of the channel campaign or sales program.
Accountabilities
- To check, analyze and improve program effectiveness with Channel Operation Manager and RSMs and coordinates with other functions to maximize sales.
- Helps key channel partners to better engage with Syngenta by implementing services based on segmentation.
- Ensure all the rebate program are well managed in channels to support CU's target. Work with Account Executives to provide periodic rebate achievement report in all channels involved.
- Manage and monitor the effectiveness of all rebate program and provides support needed.
- Offer occasional service & sales campaign to key channel partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline with max. 2 years working experience
- Leadership experiences through being part of organizations and managing events
- Excellent skills in English, communications, presentation, data statistics, analytics, MS Office and digital platforms.
- Excellent in operating excel based report
- Preferably Business analyst holder with maximum 2 years relevant experience and possess demonstrable business acumen.
- Understanding agriculture business is an advantage.
