Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives• Manage GA functions to support business activities• Responsible for employee's legal matters and regulations• Develop performance and talent management programs• Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR Department• Establish and maintain effective employee relations program• Prepare, manage and monitor costs for all HR activities and projects
Requirements
• 3-5 years of HR Manager experience• Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law• End-to-end HR management• Strong business partner mindset• Core HR competencies in C&B (job evaluation, salary planning), recruitment, IR, Performance Mgmt., Talent Development/ Planning and Org Health action planning• Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization• Great communicator, excellent stakeholder engagement skills• Proficiency in HR software (HRIS)
