As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team towards achieving our organizational goals. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Understanding of cosmetics industry trends and dynamics.
- Experience in managing partnership or membership programs will be a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media, marketplace, email marketing
- Strong leadership skills to direct the executive team and employees in achieving company goals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and use of social media to increase membership or partnerships.
- Experience in data analysis, market research, and marketing strategy development
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase the number of members or partnerships.
- Identify new opportunities for partnership or membership growth.
- Manage relationships with existing partners or members.
- Building and maintaining a strong partnership network.
- Promote the company brand among potential partners or members.
- Build a strong brand image within the partnership or membership community.
- Track and evaluate the performance of the partnership or membership program.
- Identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to achieve overall business goals.
- Coordinate with other teams to integrate the partnership or membership program into the broader marketing strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget for the partnership or membership program.
