Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Production & Material Control Supervisor at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing in Tangerang. As a Production & Material Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and material control processes. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the production schedule, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, conducting quality control inspections, and optimizing production processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in production and material control or Data analyze related position
- Proficient in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Mandarin
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Previous experience in the technology or electronics industry is a plus
What will you do
- Create and modify material requirements planning
- Submit material backup
- Monitor the progress of material delivery and material backup.
- Control material stock inventory logically To realize rational stock inventory, through material turnover analysis.
- Analyze and prevent excess of material, reporting results and following up on material buildup
- Adjusting the material parameter system
- Collaborate with teams to understand market demand and trends.
- Analyze historical data and market information to forecast future demand
- Develop production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources, such as raw materials, labor, and equipment.
- Balance production capacities with demand fluctuations and lead times.
