China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) Indonesia Office, is a state owned company from People's Republic of China with its performance and qualifications, is a large-scale, state-owned foreign-trade and economic-cooperation enterprise that focuses on construction of road and bridge. We are seeking highly motivated and committed candidates to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree is required - Master’s degree is very valuable
- 3 years of experience of administrative experience is needed - previous administrative duties in a busy construction office is ideal
- Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred, but not required
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed
- Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Minimum Professional Proficiency for English Language is required - Limited Working Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable but not required
- Confident communicator and good negotiator, ability to work independently and as part of a team, assertive, positive approach and aptitude for problem solving
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supports Marketing Department and the process of acquiring new business. Performs research to help develop the company’s marketing principles and expand client list
- Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics. Monitoring news and publications related to the Company.
- Liaising with Government Institutions/Other External Agencies
- Monitoring and Processing Company's permits and licenses in regard to Construction Operational Business at the related agencies
- Act as a point of contact for partners, government officials, vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department’s activities
