Qualification:

- Minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Manager at retail company
- Strong Marketing background with proven success in developing marketing & campaigns
- Strong in Research, Analytics & Metrics Driven
- Strong in Project Management & Decision Making Skills
- Deep understanding in Product Marketing & Product Life Cycle
- Proficiency with Online Marketing, Social Media & KOL Strategy
- Budget Management Skills & Strictly ROI Based
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Role and Job Description:
- Develop and execute long term & short term Marketing strategy plan and budgeting
- Develop strong strategy for every products & communicate the value of every product to customer
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Metrics including customer Acquisition cost, Conversion Rates, ROI, and LTV to achieve campaign effectiveness & overall business impact
- Develop collaboration strategy with people / another brand to reach potential market
- Do market research & market analytics
- Develop social media, KOL & Community hit the target market
- Track performance of all marketing campaign & develop pricing strategy
- Work closely with Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager & other marketing department
