Qualifications & experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Proficiency in various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational and management skills, with keen attention to detail
- 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, guest relation or a related field.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Keep track of the calendar and assist customers with planning and booking reservations
- Keep track of each villa on every OTA to ensure the details are correct.
- Assist in booking and monitor all reservations and discounts.
- Monitor the booking confirmations to guests.
- Manage all calls, emails, or messages for the reservation department, ensuring responses to all queries and maintaining a professional relationship and atmosphere at all times.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the operational team and develop/maintain professional relationships with all associated departments.
- Analyze all guest requirements through OTA or emails, recommend suitable options for all customers, and assist in confirming all reservations.
- Manage all emails from guests, ensuring responses and completion of all guest requests, and evaluate the reservation logbook, providing updates on a daily basis
- Any other duties deemed appropriate via discussion with the manager in charge.
- Handle administration and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
