Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
• At least have 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
• Familiarity with managing multiple venues simultaneously is a plus.
• Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• Have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Have expertise or be familiar with Data entry such as sales records or employee performance reviews.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies, including point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools.
• Basic financial understanding to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall profitability.
• Applicants for this position should be able to relocate/live in Bali.
