Operation Manager (Bali Placement)

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant and/or bar management
  • Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service operations
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems)
  • Understanding of inventory control and cost management principles
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with staff and guests
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations

Responsibilities:

Overall Operations:

• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures for both restaurant and bar areas.
• Oversee all aspects of service, ensuring it meets quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Conduct regular budget reviews and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make improvements.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of restaurant and bar equipment.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

Restaurant Specific:

• Manage menu development and pricing.
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper food safety protocols are followed.

Bar Specific:

• Manage liquor inventory and bar operations.
• Train staff on responsible beverage service practices.
• Oversee bar setup and service during peak hours.

Additional Responsibilities (may vary):

• Manage social media presence and online reputation.
• Host special events and promotions.
• Develop and implement employee training programs.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.
