Requirements:
- Education and Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant and/or bar management
- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and profitability

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of service, ensuring it meets quality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and labor costs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make improvements.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of restaurant and bar equipment.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Restaurant Specific:
- Manage menu development and pricing.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper food safety protocols are followed.
Bar Specific:
- Manage liquor inventory and bar operations.
- Train staff on responsible beverage service practices.
- Oversee bar setup and service during peak hours.
