Job Description
- To manage operations and production of a brand
- To manage production planning, forecasting, purchasing and stock control
- Manage the staffing, training, and overall activities of the banquets, restaurant, and bar staff
- Welcoming and engaging with guests in friendly manner, maintaining regulars and understanding their specific needs and requests, collecting feedback
- Conducting regular staff meetings and proposing work improvements
Job Requirement:
- Have more than 3 years of experience as Operation Manager in the Restaurant & Bar Concept
- Having F&B Management skill (Opening new outlet, P&L, Costing, Restaurant Operation and Training)
- Fully understanding of Restaurants operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
- Well groomed is a must & representative lifestyle
- Proficient in English
