Responsibilities:
- Developing appropriate marketing strategies for brand building that are tailored to local market, providing insights and recommendations for local campaigns.
- Developing marketing channels, planning and implementing marketing campaigns, measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns. This could involve creating promotional materials, placing outdoor advertisement, planning events, coordinating with local partners or vendors.
- Managing events and on ground execution: Responsible for planning and executing events, such as product launches, dealer and promotion conferences, and trade shows, ensuring that the event runs smoothly.
- Assisting digital marketing: assisting the marketing team at headquarters in managing the official pages on social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Reporting to management: Responsible for reporting to marketing leader, work closely with the marketing team at headquarters.
- Cross functional team collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales team and other functional teams, locally and globally, to execute & deliver your marketing plan.
- If necessary, need to assist in executing marketing campaigns in other ASEAN countries.
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years of in marketing, sales, or advertising (traditional and digital) in a corporate or agency.
- Good project management and communication skills
- Good understanding and proven ability to develop good marketing plan and deliver results
- Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian (required), English (a plus)
