Job Descriptions:
- Assisting in locating suitable clinic site through surveys & research
- Ensuring compliance with administrative and legal requirements for clinic operation
- Compiling a list of necessary equipment and conducting surveys to determine requirements
- Developing and implementing straightforward operational procedures for the clinic
- Establishing service and administrative systems to facilitate smooth clinic operations
- Aiding in the recruitment process for doctors and other clinic staff
- Engaging in discussions with management at the office and conducting on-site surveys to monitor clinic construction and operation progress
- Supporting clinic promotion through marketing initiatives and engagement in promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in hospital service management/medicine/relevant major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in management clinic or hospital
- Familiar with MS Office
- Fluent in English
