Description:
Ensure total customer satisfaction at all levels according to the school service quality standards by functioningas receptionist and a phone operator.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Social studies or Economic
- Experience in related fieldMinimum 2 years
- Language standardTOEFL of >450 or equal
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for handling the incoming calls, liaise with visitors / guests coming to Cikal.
- Support the administration of membership activities according to the Supervisor’s working appointments.
- Support membership special events / promotion according to the appointed schedule.
- Liaise business trip for non academic employees in sites.
- Serving the parents and students for any purchase of school uniform and other Cikal merchandise.
- Managing the inventory of uniforms and merchandise and report to supervisor for the repeat order.
