Job Description:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Responsible for waste disposal management
- Support Foreign employment documents
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Able to coordinate with people who live around the factory/neighbourhood
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure disciplinary & compliance throughout human resource management
Requirement:
- Proven working experience in GA Fields min. 1 year in manufacture industry
- People oriented and results driven
- Able to work under time and tight schedule
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to extracting strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources or related field (Diploma degree are welcome for non-MT position)
