Job Responsibilities:
- Manage National Key Customer Account, sales and profitability
- Build and manage strong customer relationships
- Act as the lead point of contact for sales and merchandising agent, maximize sales, distribution and presentation of products
- Arrange full scale plan; form yearly plan, monthly programs, monthly forecast and budgeting for both online
- To have regular visit to Modern Trade channel to check product availability, planogram, program promotions, as well as to make sure that the product distribution to every Modern Trade and Online channel achievement in regular basis
- To have an effective promotions program plan and excellent execution with good team work
Requirements:
- Maximum 40 years old, Bachelor’s Degree any major
- Minimum 5 years in Modern Trade Market/ Key Account Management
- Passionate, have a good understanding and proven experiences
- Excellent to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Pivot Table
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to negotiate
- Strong leadership and experience in managing a team
