- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan and allocate it to all Area Sales Leaders nationally
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop national sales team and allocation to achieve the targeted revenue and market share, develop their skill, provide feedback and directions to Area Sales Leaders to improve the performance quality & productivity
- To keep up to date with marketing trends and analyze sales trend, proactively develops products and services and make strategic decisions when necessary
- To coordinate with marketing department, direct and monitor execution of marketing activities by Area Sales Leaders
- To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the key account activities in their respective area
- Together with Sales Head to develop national budget plan of each product based on key account plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports. Sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions
