Job Description
- Manage the distribution of all company products through distributors to achieve company targets (KPI) efficiently.
- Develop and put into action a strategy for domestic sales and marketing.

- Expanding the Distribution
- Ensuring supply availability in distributors and outlets
- Assessing and ensuring that the CMO distributor knows the expected sales target.
- Ensuring the availability and visibility of every product with excellence.
- Creating a new location for development.
- Examine and assess the actions of competitors and make suggestions for the business.
- Oversee and grow the sales force to ensure that its output contributes to the accomplishment of the goal.
- Collaborate with the marketing group and carry out plans as decided.
- Oversee the authorized A&P budget to ensure its effective implementation.
- Enhancing and growing distributor performance in line with business objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in senior sales management roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert ideas into workable programs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities, with the capacity to establish and preserve connections at all organizational levels.
- Ability to prosper in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to shifting priorities and market conditions.
