Job Description
Lead technical and conceptual aspects of New Product Development workflow and timeline management.Oversee product launch from inception to commercial production ensuring timely execution.Monitor project progress, provide technical support to Commercial team, and facilitate cross-departmental communication.Manage project schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accountability across teams.Collaborate with various departments including Commercial, Packaging Development, Sourcing, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality to achieve project objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Perform additional duties as assigned and provide training and knowledge transfer when required for personal and team development. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Project ManagementUnderstanding of Product Development, Manufacturing Equipment, Quality Assurance, and GMP are desirable.Knowledge of fragrance/skin care products and beauty productsHighly motivated, agile, and effective communicator and collaborator.Technical selling knowledge.Familiarity with QAD System.Knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials.Understanding of outsourcing practices.Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.Familiarity with MYM profiles.Understanding of ISO 9001/2000 standards.
