- Responsible to leading the process of New Product Development from concept / ideation, development and launch as part of marketing division
- Product launch – plan the launch of New Products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan for overseas market, accross countries
- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio as well as innovation roadmap, business perspective and market opportunities
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
- Develop pricing strategies / value proposition within the portfolio
- Posses financial (P&L) awareness and business / product profitability Sound project management capability
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, any major.
- Working experience in Product Development / Innovation marketing more than 10 years
- Demonstrable experience in fast-paced development delivery – that balances frequency and high quality product coming from FMCG industry, from Multi National Company
- Fluent in English is a must
- Able to connect & coordinate with stakeholders from various countries
