Ngo's - Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams on the development of comprehensive project plans ;
2. Implementator of Project Charters to project implementation and execution;
3. Dealing with all partners and third party related with event and or activities arrangement (Trainers, all supporting vendors and government offices) 
4. Facilitate communication with partners, stakeholders, and beneficaries to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives;
5. Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor and maintain project timelines and budgets;
6. Coordination with Internal Teams to realization project advancement and implement effective change control measures; including 
7. Generate regular reports on project status, identifying key milestones and potential challenges;
8. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient project operations.

Deliverable/Output :

1. Well-organized project documentation;
2. Comprehensive and detailed project plans outlining project milestones, tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation;
3. Good Coordination for External and Internal Stuffs
4. Project meet deadlines and objectives.

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major preferably in Social Sciences, Communication, Economic, or Economic Development;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management at NGO's;
3. Proven ability to deliver a completed project;
4. Proficient in English; 
5. Proficient in handling multiple projects;
6. Strong in communication, negotiation, and time management;
7. Strong in administration;
8. Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving; 
9. Proficient user of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); 

Location : West Jakarta, Indonesia (Full WFO)
