Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Office Administration Officer at Buumi Playscape located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Office Administration Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including but not limited to general administration, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and organization.
What will you do:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, legal, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
- Support other HR administrative task as assigned
Qualifications:
- General Administration, Administrative Assistance, and Organization skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in event planning and/or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
