Job Description:
- To supervise, monitor, renew and/or extend all documents or permits relating to MIGAS, BPHMIGAS, and the Ministry of Trade.
- To coordinate with relevant teams regarding volume requirements and submit requests for fuel import quotes regularly in accordance with the schedule.
- To update or renew regulations related to or which may affect the company operations.
- To coordinate with the finance and operational departments to obtain general commercial realization data, both sales, and imports, on a regular basis and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on a regular basis and submit these reports to oil and gas officials based on the Company's SOP.
- To ensure that all document fillings including permits, applications, and MIGAS reports are managed neatly and carefully.
- To represent the Company in attending seminars, workshops, meetings, or similar matters related to Oil and Gas.
- To remind, assist, and cooperate with the terminal team regarding all technical permits, namely equipment and installations related to operations, both permit renewals and new applications.
- To complete tasks allocated by the superior (if any)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Have more than 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a related position.
- Fully understanding of operations, handling complaints, problem-solving, and customer relations.
- Strong managerial and communication skills are a MUST.
- Good command of English (both verbal and written).
