Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the PA/Secretary team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
