What you will be doing

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our day-to-day operations in Indonesia. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business processes, optimizing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives:

· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders.

· Project Execution: Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

· Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

· Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans as needed.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain a focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and reviews to ensure deliverables meet established standards.

· Documentation: Keep detailed records of project activities, including meeting minutes, project plans, budgets, and change requests.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned from completed projects, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and identify areas for future improvement.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, tech, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

· Ability to work well in a team and take end-to-end ownership of activities.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

· Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
