As the Project Operations Intern, you will be offered valuable hands-on experience in the field of project management, allowing you to develop your skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of how we ‘cook’ and prepare the operations of an educational program. Here, you will work under the B2B Operations team, whose main responsibility is to prepare an excellent learning experience for our B2B students and clients. More specifically you will:

• Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to provide necessary resources for our students.
• Support our Project Operations Executive in executing the day-to-day operations process for our corporate training programs.
• Assist our Account Manager in creating post-training reports requested by clients.
• Closely monitor our class operations metrics to maintain students' excellence and satisfaction.

This opportunity might be the best for those who can do the internship for 6 months starting immediately. Typically for fresh graduates, final year students, or anyone currently seeking for working experience to enhance their knowledge, skills, and ability.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven: You love making sure processes are consistently followed and every detail is accurate. You are tireless in reminding others to make sure that all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. It bothers you if anything is out of place.
• Passionate about education and obsessed about seeing students succeed: We want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: as you will be dealing with data on your day-to-day, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for managing and analyzing operational metrics efficiently to facilitate accurate reconciliation and insightful reporting.
• Highly adaptive to new tools: You will be exposed with different tools necessary to support our students' learning experience, hence you need to possess the ability to explore and utilize a different variety of learning tools, such as Notion, Canvas, Learnworlds, etc.
