Responsibilities:
- Communicate and Managing meeting schedule of operation PIC for Sales needs
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partner
- Organizing events and conferences for Executive which includes drafting agendas, minutes of meeting, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
- Supporting Sales needs of data and information related to collection operational
- Support team sales to clarification perform if needed
- Coordination with Project Manager about the project condition concern from operation side
Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major
- Minimal 1 year working experience as a personal executive assistant.
- Good looking and appearance
- Well communication and friendly
- Experience in collection business; understand collection consept
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Good administration and documentation, preparing reports and set up meeting Able to working mobile; offline meeting with clients
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
