Responsibilities:
- Scouting partners & events (SG & IDN).
- Work closely with the Manager to assist in projects & scheduling.
- Analyze performance for Special Projects, campaign & partnership events.
- Track projects: Ensure that every collaboration materials are tracked closely, posted and adhere to set timelines.
- Share reports, documents, data & any publications from Luxehouze side to partners.
- Collect reports, documents, data & any publications from partners to Luxehouze internal team.
- Provide comprehensive bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for Special Projects, campaigns and events.
- Write, Create & Edit content/documents/copy as needed.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development/Administration or Project Management or any related field.
- Experience in creating reports & events is preferred.
- Excellent administrative skill.
- Understanding of the social/digital world.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to effectively work with numerous departments and excellent timeline management.
