Main Responsibility:
Support administrative things related to the People Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support administration process for employee onboarding & offboarding
Coordinate with internal teams regarding employee assets, payroll, etc.
Ensure all documents and company assets are valid and well-maintained.
Assist employees with HR-related requests and needs in the day-to-day efficient operation.
Handle other work related to administration as needed by the team.
Create HR documents as needed (employment certificate, etc).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field (Final year students are also very welcome).
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to maintain the confidentiality data of the company.
