Job Description:
- Create effective talent acquisition (recruitment) and employer branding activities.
- Design and implement tools for acquisition and assessment.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and job description as well as job grading.
- Design and implement culture, employee strategies, talent mapping, career management and leadership development programs.
- Support delivery of onboarding for new hires and training to employees for competency & performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and proven exposure in talent acquisition, talent management & ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT activities.
- Having experience or proven exposure in as organisation & people development program from conduct culture development, competency, monitoring and evaluate employee performance.
