Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager at Utomodeck Group in Surabaya. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, implementing manufacturing strategies, ensuring production planning, and managing manufacturing operations teams. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining production efficiency while maintaining a high level of quality standards.
 

Qualifications
 

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills
• Experience in production planning and manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
