Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Plant Manager to head the whole technical engineering and production function.

   Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve production goals and align with overall business objectives.

   Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.

   Budgeting and Cost Control: Creating and managing budgets to optimize resource allocation and control expenses without compromising quality or safety.

   Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. 
   Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
