About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Plant Manager to head the whole technical engineering and production function.
Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve production goals and align with overall business objectives.
- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Creating and managing budgets to optimize resource allocation and control expenses without compromising quality or safety.
- Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
- Employee Management and Development: Leading and managing plant staff, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting teamwork, training, and development.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 7-10 years of progressive leadership roles, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing plant operations, managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
- Proven track record of achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality and safety compliance.
- Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., food production, pharmaceuticals, automotive) may be beneficial. What's on Offer
