Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's clients and partners.
- Research and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Identify the needs and requirements of clients and partners.
- Propose appropriate solutions for each client and customer problem.
- Provide clients & partners with comprehensive product or service consulting.
- Guide client and partners application processes
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
- Resolve complaints and problems efficiently and on time.
- Meet sales and revenue as targeted by the company
- Promote high quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Produce reports for management on sales status actual
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in construction industry sales and Business Development
- Relevant experience in consumer lending especially in related to the activity that involved to the customers
- Bachelor’s degree in similar management degree/diploma
- Selling skills ability
- Problem-solving Skills: Skills in developing solutions effective for addressing an issue
- Communication Skills: Well versed in interacting with internal and external parties to establish case objectives
- Multi-tasking and able to prioritize duties
- Committed and reliable.
