Procurement Manager

Job Description :

• Supervise all PPIC activities, receiving goods, storing goods and sending goods
• Coordinate warehouse operational activities so that they run safely, smoothly, correctly, accurately and on time according to procedures.
• Responsible for carrying out stock calculations (Stock Take) based on the specified period and carrying out data reconciliation if there are differences between stock taking results and physical goods.
• Carry out necessary corrective actions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Coordinate the implementation of Health and Safety procedures in the warehouse operational environment.
• Assess the performance of warehouse staff/operators and take necessary disciplinary action to address poor performance.
• Ensure that each Personnel works effectively to achieve Company targets in accordance with each Personnel's KPI.
• Coordinate and communicate with the expedition

Job Qualification :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in all education majors
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory management, and logistic as Procurement Supervisor or 5 years of experience as Procurement Manager in Telecommunication industry
• Advance in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
• Firm, disciplined, responsible and has high integrity.
• Understand warehousing and logistics management
