Responsibilities:

Manufacturing and Production: Ensure that the manufacturing process aligns with the product specifications and quality standards.
Launch and Marketing: Product developers play a key role in product launch strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging, branding, and promotional campaigns to generate awareness and drive sales.
Lifecycle Management: Monitor the product's performance in the market and gather feedback for ongoing improvements. Manage product updates, variants, and eventual discontinuation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Throughout the Product Development process, product developers collaborate with various teams including design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a successful product launch and lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, product design, business administration, marketing, or a related field is often required.
- Proven experience in Product Development, preferably in a consumer goods or technology industry
- Familiarity with design tools, project management software, and prototyping techniques.
