Responsibilities
Product Development
• Lead the end-to-end Product Development process for sandals, from ideation to market launch.
• Collaborate with design teams to create innovative and market-relevant sandal designs.
Market Research:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Utilize market insights to inform Product Development and marketing strategies.
Target Market Focus:
• Define and target specific market segments, with a particular emphasis on college students and other relevant demographics.
• Adapt product designs to meet the preferences of the identified target markets.
Competitor Analysis:
• Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Identify opportunities and gaps in the market to stay ahead of the competition.
Budgeting and Pricing:
• Develop and manage budgets for Product Development projects.
• Implement pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
