Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of any field.
• Experience in the industry is most preferred: Producing Pressure Vessels, and/or Tanks, and/or Piping for Pharmaceutical and/or Food & Beverage, and/or Cosmetics Processing.
• Fluent in English Language (both oral and written).
• Able to speak Japanese Languange at least N3.
• Experience in Japanese industrial work culture.
• Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Have a minimum 4 Year experience as Factory Manager/Production Manager and experience in Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Knowledge of ASME & PDE Sertification.
• competent in production processes, maintenance, WCM/Lean Manufacturing Concepts & Principles, WCM/Lean Manufacturing Equipment, Process Quality and Specifications General, environmental awareness, Occupational Health and Safety, 5S.
• Good skill in management, communication and analytical thinking.
Responsibility
• Leads capacity planning meeting between sales, engineering implementation and manufacturing.
• Defines overall integrated capacity planning.
• Makes decisions around production planning.
• Lead planners to create project schedule by incorporating material, component availability and production load.
• Leads and drives overall production management and/or manufacturing capital equipment.
• Securing compliance in quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Manage the results of process/ factory production key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
• Implement and encourage WCM/Lean activities in areas of responsibility and overall factory.
• Manage process team and employee development.
• Responsible for environmental factors identification, assessment, control, and management.
