Program Coordinator  

Adarna House is currently in need of a Program Coordinator for its corporate foundation.
The position will report to the Executive Director and will be responsible in organizing and coordinating literacy programs, and promoting the foundation’s advocacy and services across various channels.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Research on and prepare proposals for potential program partners
• Pitch and present programs to prospective partners
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers for various literacy projects
• Help manage the foundation’s online activities and social media accounts
• Help create informational and promotional materials for print and social media
• Facilitate and organize documentation of the foundation’s projects

• Must have a sense of country and commitment to advocating reading and literacy improvement;
• Volunteer experience on education-related projects
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Community Development, Education, Development Studies, or any related field;
• Basic skills in the use of Canva and/or other design software
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Exemplary writing, speaking, and presentation skills in English and Filipino
• Must be a team player and willing to travel

Work Setup: Hybrid (field, office, and remote work)

Job Type: Project-based, Full time (5 days/week)
