- Represent the client in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity, and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with the internal client stakeholders to assist during the RFQ/RFP process.
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for development, roll-out, management and maintaining a digital PMIS.
- Assist in development, periodic review, continuous improvement and implementation of Project dept. systems, processes, and protocols.
- Development and implementation of document handover specifications and procedures.
- Assist in the digitalization of all new and existing project Dept. systems, processes, and protocols transform and migrate these into PMIS.
- Set-up Projects on the PMIS to a standardized format and provide training to internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
- complete PMIS periodic audits for compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to documentation and project contracts.
- collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and external parties to obtain necessary documentation and ensure timely approvals.
- collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts align with organizational standards.
- coordinate and report on progress of deliverables in alignment with the schedule and applicable execution plans.
- Provide administrative support to project manager & cost controls.
