Provide effective administrative support across several projects and initiatives under remit of Project Department. This includes developing, maintaining, and managing a Project Management Information System (PMIS) to provide real-time, meaningful project-health information and analytics to both internal & external key stakeholder.

Description
- Represent the company in the utmost professional manner while consistently embracing honesty, integrity and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder to assist during the RFQ/RFP process.
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for development, roll-out, management, and maintaining a digital PMIS.
- Assist in development, periodic review, continuous improvement and implementation of Project dept. systems, processes, and protocols.
- Development and implementation of document handover specifications and procedures.
- Assist in the digitisation of all new and existing Project dept. systems, processes, and protocols - transform and mitigate these into PMIS.
- Set up projects on the PMIS to a standardised format and provide training to internal and external stakeholders where necessary.
- Complete PMIS periodic audits for compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to documentation and project contacts.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and external parties to obtain necessary documentation and ensure timely approvals.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts align with organisational standards.
- Coordinate and report on progress of deliverable in alignment with the schedule and applicable execution plans.
- Provide administrative support to project manager & cost controls.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years recent and relevant project experience.
- Have knowledge and experience in construction projects from inception and design stages through to completion and close-out -- preferably within the Data Center build sector.
- Experience in handling administration functions from both operational and strategic perspective.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral communication and organisational skill.
- Computer literacy -- significant experience with MS office, a recognised PMIS and other computer-based management tools & platforms.
- Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Be highly responsive to request, work quickly and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Project key deliverables control capabilities.
