Assist Project Manager to manage the project, especially for project control activities (schedule & cost), engineering coordination, and document handling.
- Prepare & review the project schedule.
- Work with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequences with total project plan.
- Monitor schedule deviation and recommend correction action & workaround solutions for project considerations.
- Prepare & review the progress measurement procedure and the progress breakdown structure.
- Prepare project weekly & monthly progress reports.
- Control & handle project documentation.
- Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 3 years of proven project control experience on OIL & GAS EPC projects.
- Experience of using Primavera and Microsoft Project on OIL & GAS EPC projects.
- Knowledge of engineering & construction management customarily acquired over time through practical experience.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Willing to handle document management of EPC projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
