Jobs Descriptions:
- Assist project managers in project administration.
- Prepare and update project information
- Record and maintain project contract files
- Issue project reports generated by the Project Manager.
- Prepare quotations for project scope variations.
- Prepare project draft packing lists and shipping instructions.
- Prepare the internal invoicing form for Finance
- Prepare letterhead to issue to clients or vendors
- Tracking the invoicing and shipment status
- Assist in preparing and updating project costing
- Assist in preparing bid/tender submission, completing before the deadline
- Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and evaluation criteria
- Undertake any ad hoc project and proposal tasks as required
Requirements :
- Candidate minimum possess Diploma (D3)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in English is a must
- Good in MS Excel and Word Applications
