Job Description
Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and financial parameters, ensuring they align with client requirements and contractual obligations.Guide a team through every phase of a project, from inception to completion, by meticulously planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.Monitor project scope to ensure compliance with RES services and contractual terms, making necessary adjustments as needed.Handle all aspects of project administration, including order processing, resource allocation, and comprehensive documentation of project activities.Proactively identify potential risks, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and implement quality assurance measures to surpass client expectations and optimize project profitability.Oversee financial aspects of the project, including billing, revenue tracking, and cash flow management, taking prompt action to ensure financial targets are met.Maintain open and effective communication channels with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and clients to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project expectations and milestones.Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, emphasizing their growth, skills development, and alignment with company values and policies. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related field) preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrably successful work experience, primarily focused on engineered-to-order and services projects.Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment, fosters open communication, and values the contributions of others.Highly Organized and Structured: Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, prioritizes effectively, maintains meticulous records, and adheres to deadlines.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possesses the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proactive and Self-Motivated: Takes initiative, anticipates challenges, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with a dedication to exceeding expectations.Strong Commercial Acumen: Possesses a keen understanding of financial principles, cost control, and the ability to manage projects within budget and generate profitability.Multi-tasker: Can effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining focused and delivering high-quality results.
