Position Objective
Coordinate project meetings with external and internal project members to ensure on time deliverables, including prepare presentations related to the project and work closely with the project teams to identify and resolve related to the project.
Main Responsibilities
1. Create a project plan and ensure project implementation align with the project plan.
2. Coordinate with principals, customers, internal parties and other parties related to project implementation.
3. Ensure a proper and comprehensive record of project implementation stage and provide project progress report to the managaement, customers and other related parties.
4. Support Business Development Teams in preparing proposals, tender documents or technical specifications, conduct presentations or POC Demos to customers or prospective customers.
5. Manage issues and risks, propose solutions and ensure the solutions implementation.
6. Define project tasks and resources requirements, develop a full-scale project plan and coordinate all the project members.
