Requirements:

- Leading the team in carrying out the delivery and operation of the system (e.g., CCTV, FR) and supporting facilities (e.g., cabling, UPS, etc.) provided to customers

- Create a Method of Procedure (MoP) document
- Document root cause analysis (RCA) for any system problems and supporting facilities experienced by customers, so that they become lessons learned for the team and the company
- Active in sharing knowledge, both formally (knowledge sharing sessions) and informally.
